Microscopic Dentistry

The use of a microscope in dental practice is a new development that offers multiple benefits. Modern microscopes allow for very high magnifications and high precision in the examination of dental structures. So they allow us to spot even the slightest damage, even if it can not be seen with naked eye.

Microscopic examination leads to very rapid diagnoses. We can diagnose a problem at an early stage and so deal with it without removing a lot of dental structure. Early detection of problems is of course preventive, since we avoid more extensive interventions in the future.

The microscope is applicable to almost all dental treatments such as endodontic treatment, aesthetic prosthetic restorations, periodontics, oral surgery and implants.
